Overview

Foreign-key kinds. SQLite has no ALTER TABLE ADD/DROP CONSTRAINT FOREIGN KEY for non-empty tables; both go through the table-rebuild helper. Postgres uses ADD CONSTRAINT NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT.
